- A greater sense of wellbeing (feeling good and functioning well)
- Health problems in the future (such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes),
- Mental health problems

Children aged 5 to 12 year (equal to or more than) 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity/day.

Aerobic activity (equal to or more than) 3 days/week

Bone strengthening activity (equal to or more than) 3 days per week
